Aster 2026 (Rochester, VT) A fan favorite! Freshly harvested and quite different from years past, A very liquid texture with a subtle funky hoppiness flavor that makes this one truly unique honey! We are looking forward to seeing how this honey will crystalize to see if the texture will change to the velvety texture it has had in the past!

Clearfield [previously called Buckwheat] 2026 (Granville, VT) A summer/fall honey from bees at Clearfield Farm. Creamy and darkish, this batch has a lemony edge. Limited supply.

“Old Gold” 2026 (Granville, VT) From bees at Old Road Farm with nectar sources of various vegetables, mustard, clover, and some goldenrod. Fruity, and a little chewy.

Basswood 2025 (Bennington, VT) has a citrus-like “bite” to it. Golden and a little gritty. This honey is currently Out of Stock.

Brigham 2026 (Cuttingsville, VT) a classic wildflower honey that is golden, light and soft with a bit of a waxy mouth feel. A very popular choice!

Iron Weed 2026 (Grand Isle/Franklin VT) has a creamy rich sweetness with a very luscious texture.

Meadows 2026 (Randolph Center, VT) a beautiful golden honey from the fields and meadows of Randolph VT, light sweetness with a glossy texture perfect for a cup of tea.

Snowbury 2026 (Panton, VT) light, silky and sweet. This is a delicate honey with a bright golden color.

VT Knotweed 2026 (Grand Isle/Franklin, VT) a rare fall honey made from Japanese Knotweed nectar. Somewhat dark, with a taste of funky tropical fruitiness.

Wildflower 2026 a classic floral honey from Vermont Wildflowers. Classic, sweet and floral.

Berry Farm (Sunshine Valley) Our farm honey is a classic dark golden honey with sweet complexity. This honey is very limited and sells quickly!

Black Tupelo 2026 (Darien, Georgia) a richer and darker honey compared to Tupelo.

Buckwheat 2026 (Washington State) true buckwheat honey is a dark rich color with an earthy and almost smokey honey that is very distinct in both color and flavor. The dark color is rich like molasses and the flavor is complex.

Clover 2025 (Western Montana) Has a slight cinnamon note.

Cranberry 2022 (Cape Cod, MA) It doesn’t taste like cranberries but instead has a hint of apricot flavor. Now crystallized, it is a warm golden color and has a gritty mouth feel.

Dark Knotweed 2024 (Cooperstown NY) Very dark with a molasses flavor and strong notes of rum raisin liqueur and dark chocolate. Gritty.

Inkberry 2026 (Darien, Georgia) honey made from the flowers of the Gallberry plant.

Orange Blossom 2024 (Central FL) From orange groves, with a very strong orange taste.

Star Thistle 2020 (Beulah, MI) Creamy and blonde, with a taste of marzipan and notes of green apple! It’s amazing.

Sage 2024 (San Luis Obispo, CA) Mild, pale and a little gritty, with herbal notes.

Wild Blueberry 2024 (Cherryfield, ME) from the vast fields of low bush blueberries north of Bar Harbor. Smooth and somewhat dark.

Raw Honey – International:

Black Jack 2026 (Michoacan, Mexico) a rare fall honey from West Central Mexico. Made from the nectar of the aceitilla flower, a flower in the daisy family that grows in high altitudes near volcanos and is sometimes call volcano honey. Still fluid, this bright orange color honey has a wonderful tropical note.

Cream Honey (Westfield, VT) not considered RAW honey. Made by combining smooth “seeded” honey and introducing to liquid honey, then cold cultured to achieve a butter spreadable texture. A beautiful buttery texture with a delicious cinnamon flavor note! One size 4 oz jar for $8.00

Raw Honey Comb (Westfield, VT) Truly raw comb just how the honey bees intended, a live food that remains biologically active. Unheated and unfiltered, it contains a natural amount of vitamins, enzymes, propolis and pollen. $15 for a 6oz piece of comb.
