Located two miles north of Rochester, VT, just off of Route 100, we maintain 10 acres of organic raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.



We offer You-Pick and We-Pick berries at our farm store
open during the picking season seven days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The picking season runs from early July through late September
Raspberries ripen first, soon after Fourth of July (in 2007 it was July 8).   The weekend of July 12-13 looks a safe bet in 2008, and it looks like we will have enough raspberries to pick by July 9. Please call ahead (802-767-3989) or check back here to be sure.
Blueberries arrive late July and go through mid-September (July 28 in 2007)
Blackberries should ripen around Labor Day if we get enough rain (in 2007 it was a very dry summer and the blackberries mostly did not swell up well)
Our Cherries will not produce fruit again this year.

Company History

Established as Blair's Berry Farm in 1998 by Ron & Leslie Blair, Sunshine Valley is growing into one of the prettiest and most productive small farms in the region.

Only organic practices and products have been used since the farm's founding.

Owned and operated since 2007 by local couple Rob Meadows and Patricia Rydle, we remain proudly independent, local, and organic.

The farm itself is beautiful with grassy lanes between all the rows.

The fruit is beautiful too--big tasty berries with the flavor you only find with Organic production.
